Young Adult Psychotherapy
Therapy for Young Adults (Ages 18-26)
The age of 18-26 years old is unique. There are several significant life changes that occur within a rapid period of time as one transitions from youth to the responsibilities and expectations of adulthood. When there are big shifts going on in your life, it is helpful to navigate those changes in therapy. I work to help you address your therapy goals through the lens of these life stage changes.
I use a client centered, strengths based approach and integrate cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy strategies. I have extensive experience working with young adults with challenges with life changes and adjustment, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning differences, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
