I do not take insurance and am an out-of-network provider. I can provide superbills, which are customized invoices for potential insurance reimbursement.

How does therapy work?
In therapy we start by discussing your current questions or challenges that have you seeking treatment at this time. I ask questions about your past and current social, educational, medical, and family history as well as your cultural identities in order to better understand you within the many contexts of your life. We collaboratively work together to come up with treatment goals and discuss any potential diagnosis, if relevant. Therapy itself requires you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions. It helps to be curious about yourself and open to trying new strategies and tools to make positive changes in your life. The duration of therapy depends on your treatment goals, and we will discuss treatment progress throughout.
