I have extensive training in the evaluation of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disorders, and mood disorders in children and young adults. I use evidence based assessment practices and am collaborative in my approach. During an evaluation, I gather information from you and your child and, as appropriate and with your permission, important family members, care providers, and teachers to gain a deep understanding of who your child is and how they function in their day-to-day life. I utilize validated assessment tools to understand your child's strengths and challenges compared to their same aged peers. I combine self-report, collateral reports, test results, and test observations to provide you with an outline of your child's strengths and challenges and any psychological diagnosis that may be appropriate. Additionally, my goal is to provide you with individualized and clear recommendations that build upon your child's strengths with clear “next steps” if your child does receive a psychological diagnosis.
