About Me.
I am a mother, a wife, and a clinical psychologist who's goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of both your strengths and challenges and provide tools and strategies that pave the path to your future.
I am born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was formerly a teacher and have worked with children, teens, young adults, parents, and adults in a variety of settings. I graduated from APA Accredited Palo Alto University with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in Child and Family Psychology.

"Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting and less scary"
